• Exchange window: up to 24 hours after receiving the item.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Exchanges within this window are free of charge.
• To start an exchange, send us a photo of the item and your order code via WhatsApp.
• Custom-tailored and altered items are not eligible for exchange.
